Fees For Service
Chances are if you have landed on this page you’re now wondering ‘What’s this going to cost?’
Obviously we can’t tell you exactly what our fees will be for your particular project without discussing it in detail with you first. Every project is different, and not all clients want or need all of the services that we offer.
However we can give you a ball park indication of some of the fees that you will incur along the way, depending on which of our services you choose.
Before we go any further I should point out that we do not commence any work until you have understood and accepted the fees involved. You will be given exact quotes before any work commences to ensure that you don’t receive any nasty surprises along the way.
Your Investment In The Perfect Design
We offer a range of services, with each attracting its own set of fees. The levels of investment for some of our services are 100% dependent on your particular needs and as such we are unable to give you an approximation of fees until we have discussed your project with you. However there are some services where we can give you a broad idea of the fees involved. Below is a guideline of our fees for service.

* This is a verbal discussion only for maximum of 30min at our office, no drawing or written summaries will be provided. You can not record, photograph or video this session. If you require additional time this is available at $395/hr or part thereof payment required at the end of the meeting cash or cheque.
** This sketch design fee is based on our package service of sketch design through to building application stage up to 25sqm eg a deck. In a renovation project there is always pre-requisite services of measured drawings and obtaining a surveyors survey.
*** Detailed design (or design development) is a pre-requisite requirement prior to building application stage for most projects, this is not covered by this rate. The rate nominated here is based on up to 25 sqm of space eg a deck.
