Obviously we can’t tell you exactly what our fees will be for your particular project without discussing it in detail with you first. Every project is different, and not all clients want or need all of the services that we offer.

However we can give you a ball park indication of some of the fees that you will incur along the way, depending on which of our services you choose.

Before we go any further I should point out that we do not commence any work until you have understood and accepted the fees involved. You will be given exact quotes before any work commences to ensure that you don’t receive any nasty surprises along the way.

The levels of investment for some of our services are 100% dependent on your particular needs and as such we are unable to give you an approximation of fees until we have discussed your project with you. * Up to 30 minuntes verbal brief development and design advice only based on the information you supply. Extra time available at $395 per hour or part there of.
** Percentage is base on projects exceeding $300K. If renovating, you will need us to prepare measured drawings which are not included in this percentage. Sketch design excludes any concept revisions.
*** Detailed design is a pre-requisite requirement prior to building application stage for most projects, this is not covered by this percentage. Please contact us to discuss your requirements so that we can give you a more accurate idea of costs involved.
