2. Lifestyle Assessment: This consultation goes for up to two and a half hours is designed for those people who intend to live in their home for 10 years or more. During this time we take a detailed look at both your current and future lifestyle needs. We will discuss all possibilities with you to ensure your liveability goals are achieved as well as the discussing the potential costs involved. This service includes current lifestyle assessments, future lifestyle assessments, design solutions, budget assessments, capitalization checks, overall project viability checks and honest feedback.

3. Pre-purchase Design Advice Consultation: In the ideal world you will fully understand the potential of a proposed property before you even purchase it, which is why more and more people are taking advantage of our Pre-purchase Design Advice Consultation as a pre-purchase property assessment.
