Quality Policy StatementDion Seminara Architecture is an architectural practice that specialises in home renovations, new homes, townhouses and apartments, as well as resorts & commercial building designs for business. We adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Australian Institute of Architects, and recognise our obligation to the wider community and environment. To ensure a consistent delivery of quality architectural services, dion seminara architecture conforms to a quality management system based upon the International Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 (‘Quality management systems- requirements’). This quality system aims to ensure consistent products, continuous improvement & efficiency across the practice. It also enables the practice to offer services to larger commercial & government organisations requiring official quality certification. This statement is issued to indicate the importance we hold our clients and the quality of the service they receive from us. By supporting the quality management system we are ensuring an excellence of service which shall improve and adapt over time.
